We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you may request a standard return within 14 calendar days after delivery.
To qualify for a standard return, the item must be
- Unworn and unwashed.
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Returned with its original tags attached.
- Free from damage, stains, odors, or alterations caused after delivery.
Items that do not meet these c conditions may not qualify for standard change-of-mind return, subject to applicable law and the provisions for defective, damage, or incorrectly supplied items below.
How to request a return
- Email 512shirtz@gmail.com within 14 calendar days after delivery.
- Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our response and return instructions before mailing the item.
- Package the item securely and follow the instructions we provide.
Please do not send returns to an address without receiving instruction from us first.
Contacting us within the return window is important. We will explain the next steps and any applicable deadlines for sending the item back.
